Just got alerted that I was ranked #3 on The Austin Newsletter’s list of the best personal trainers in Austin.
Pretty neat!
Even cooler?
They specifically named me the best personal trainer in Austin for people over 50 and called me “The specialist.”
I’ll take it.

So What Does “The Specialist” Actually Mean For You?
Awards are nice.
Rankings are nice.
But none of that matters very much if the person holding the clipboard doesn’t know what to do with your knees, your back, your shoulder, your injury history, and the body you actually have today.
That’s the real difference between hiring a personal trainer and hiring somebody who specializes in training adults over 50.
You do not need to be destroyed by a workout.
You do not need burpees.
And you certainly do not need to prove you can still train like you did when you were 25.
You need a plan designed to help you get stronger, move better, and keep doing the things you enjoy without getting hurt along the way.
Want Me To Build The Plan For You?
My personal training program in Austin is built specifically for adults over 50 who want to get stronger without getting hurt.

The goal isn’t to survive your workout.
The goal is to still be strong enough to enjoy your life years from now.
