“Describe Your Program”

I think one of the hardest questions I ever get is:

“Can you describe your program?”

It always reminds me of talking to a car mechanic…

or the vet explaining what’s going on with Buddy.

They can go into all the details.

But the truth is…

I don’t really know enough to know if I’m getting a good answer or not.

And I could do the same thing.

I could go deep into exercise science.

Use words like:
length-tension relationship
antagonist muscles
irradiation

But at that point…

it just becomes jargon.

What people actually know is much simpler.

They know how they feel.

And they can see what has worked for other people.

That’s why I lean heavily into the hundreds of reviews I’ve gotten from real clients.

And why I focus so much on making people feel comfortable with strength training in the first place.

I think of it as being client-centered.

I’m here for you.

Still wondering what this looks like when it is done the right way?

Good.

You should be skeptical.

Most fitness programs for adults over 50 are either too generic, too aggressive, or too confusing to trust.

That is exactly why I built a program that is personal, joint-friendly, and built around real people with real lives.

If you want help from a coach who knows how to make strength training feel safe, simple, and effective, start here.

Fine.

Then do what smart buyers do: read first, think second, decide third.

Read those. Then come back when you are ready to stop guessing.
