“I didn’t know how weight training could really be that effective for an endurance athlete.
Well, I went from a cyclist that averaged 21 mph on the bike in a Olympic distance triathlon to a cyclist that averaged 26 mph on the bike after just 3 months of working with Nate, so….
Before training with Nate my 2 biggest goals were:
1.get faster at Olympic tritahlons
2.do a half ironman triathlon
After only 3 months of training with Nate I was able to:
- increased my squat and deadlift max by about 75%
- became a much better cyclist
- Finished a half ironman
- qualified for the USAT nationals Olympic distance triathlon race
Nathan is a results driven trainer that uses anatomical science and to provide a program that best suited for someone’s needs and goals. When I worked with Nathan, he tirelessly researched and analyzed different training methods and exercise programs to come up with the best solutions for a specific client.”
