Before training with Nate my 2 biggest goals were:

1.get faster at Olympic tritahlons

2.do a half ironman triathlon

After only 3 months of training with Nate I was able to:

  • increased my squat and deadlift max by about 75%
  • became a much better cyclist
  • Finished a half ironman
  • qualified for the USAT nationals Olympic distance triathlon race
