1. Lift weights three times a week and be conservative with your progressions.
2. Eat real food 80% of the time.
3. Get eight hours of sleep.
4. Take a near-daily walk.
5. Drink water.
6. Avoid caloric beverages and added sugar.
7. Repeat – for life.
This approach doesn’t sell magazines but it works for life because you can repeat it for life.
