These drills should help most people most of the time.
The exceptions would be if you were an overhead athlete before (baseball, tennis, etc..) and it is your throwing / swinging shoulder.
The other exception would be if you had an acute injury like tripping over your shoe laces or something of that nature ;/)
Outside of that; these drills should make your “ouchie” go bye bye within about 15 minutes.
