“When I first began training with Nate I was hoping to increase my strength and look better naked. Having never worked with a trainer, I was afraid I was going to be yelled at “Biggest Loser” style. I’m sensitive. I don’t like being yelled at. So far I have gotten stronger and have the numbers to prove it!!! My hips hurt less, I feel more confident lifting weights – they no longer intimidate me, and I have a better understanding of how the body works. I love Nate’s training style because it is motivational without being angry. I love it when he gets down on the floor with me with a big smile and a “Come on Noelle!! You can do it!!” I would recommend anyone to Nate. He has a great attitude and knows his stuff. I also know he loves a challenge, so if there is something he doesn’t know (someone dealing with a particular ailment), I know he will do the leg work to to figure out the best solution for them.
