“When I first considered personal training I was hoping to reduce knee pain and strength train around my knees, back, and shoulders pain-free – if possible. Having worked with trainers before, I was concerned that Nate would have the cookie cutter approach to training I’d experienced with the others. I wondered if he would have solutions for how I could add strength and tiness while working with my personal physical limitations: bad knees, bum shoulder, back, and neck issues. So far my knee pain is gone, my overall strength is at an all-time high, I am able to enjoy hiking and walking without pain for the first time in 25 years! That allows me to do more forms of activity, which affords me greater fitness and enjoyment from life. I’m also the strongest I’ve ever been and that feels awesome at age 51! I am now moving and feeling better which has translated into looking better. As a friend said – “No One Rocks a Pair of Jeans Like Margo”.
