“I’m trying to eat well but my family doesn’t like what I want to cook and I don’t want to make 2 meals. What should I do?”
There are 2 basic strategies I would use here.
1) Get them involved. Look through recipe books together and get their input. People hate being told what to do, so if they any “say so” in the matter at all they will become much more compliant!
2) Meet them where they are at. It is hard to go from 0 to 100 overnight. If they like more comfort foods like chicken tenders, then start there. Just change the recipe around a little to make it more fat loss friendly. For example replace flour with ground up oatmeal.
My family doesn’t want to eat what I cook; what should I do (2 minutes and 29 seconds)?
