“I had organized a trip to hike the Inca Trail and wanted to get in shape beforehand. Nedu created a workout program with a good balance of strength training and cardio to whip me into Inca Trail ready shape! He also prepared a handy workout guide based on my goals and abilities so that I could also do the workouts on my own. Nedu was wonderful to train with and always encouraged me to do my best.
