Strength, flexibility and balance are my goals. When I first met Nate, I had lost quite a bit of weight but needed to work on my core and firm up all over! He took the time to first understand my goals and then patiently, expertly guided me through my workout sessions. He is so knowledgeable and didn’t mind all my questions! Not only was I gaining the strength I needed, I also became more knowledgeable about my body mechanics.
Nate also knows about nutrition and what it takes before and after the workout to meet your body’s needs to stay strong. He’s extremely careful with form too! There’s nothing like an injury to set you back, so prevention rules! He watches from every angle and provides on-going feedback through each rep. I made progress with each session. I’ve been working with Nate for going on 12 years now. I have had some hiatuses due to various surgeries and the Covid restrictions & sickness. I have progressed and fallen back during the hiatus periods. But Nathan did not quit on me even when I wanted (and still want sometimes) to do so. Thanks to Nathan I still aspire to be a stronger more agile me as I head into my 70s.
