Well so do I!!!
I don’t think carbs are the problem.
All vegetables are carbs.
So is rice, corn, and potatoes.
I guarantee if your diet revolved around these foods you would zero problem losing and maintaining weight.
The problem is SIMPLE/PROCESSED carbs.
Things like cookies, cakes, cheeze its, goldfish, and animal crackers.
These are the foods that we want to keep out of the house.
That doesn’t mean you can never have them again; it just means that you would quite literally need to make a special trip to access them.
So let’s get the animal crackers out of the house; focus on real food EVEN carbs, and get into the kind of shape that we want to be in.
