There are 2 basic strategies to avoid stress eating.
1) Remove the temptation from your home and office. If it’s not there you can’t eat it! The extra process of having to get in your car and drive somewhere will naturally help avoid you from stress eating.
2) Change your vocabulary. Instead of saying you “can’t” have something; say you “don’t” eat that. This change of mindset will help you not stress out so much about not having that item!
