Severe, lower back pain is truly debilitating. I had been dealing with back pain most of my life, stemming from a childhood injury. In 2010, despite having worked with numerous physicians and physical therapists, I was experiencing unbearable pain which consistently interrupted daily activities. Over a two-year period, Nate focused my workouts on core strength building. He taught me invaluable lessons to improve my well-being one session at a time. He transferred his knowledge and skill so that I understood how my body was responding to each exercise, how to maintain proper form and breathing, and balanced eating and resting.
Today I am pain-free. It’s beyond amazing! I do not worry about back pain and a limited lifestyle any longer. I am confident how I may prevent future injury. Thanks to Nate’s patience and belief in me, my physical health and emotional well-being have momentously improved. In addition to being relieved of back pain, my legs have significantly grown and, honestly, I feel great!
