[The easy way to unload a barbell]
Well it would have been alot easier if I ddin’t have a camera in my hand….
Cameras aside here is the easiest way I know how to unload a barbell without wearing out my back.
Step 1) Take the weight collar and weights off one side othe barbell only
Step 2) Remove the weight collar from the opposite side of the barbell
Step 3) Grab the unloaded end of the barbell and duump the weights; then place to barbell back in its correct location
Step 4) Put the rest of the weights away!
Super simple and quick.
