Those were just a few of the headlines I saw while waiting in line at the HEB the other day.
They make it so simple; and yet over 30% of Americans are obese.
Why is this?
There are no magic pills.
There are no magic exercises.
At the end of the day it just takes effort and a solid plan.
If you can provide the effort then I will provide the plan.
Before we get started I would like to help outline the 3 major mistakes I see when folks are seeking fat loss as their primary goal.
Avoiding these 3 mistakes will automatically make your plan like a bajillion times more effective. Yeah; that’s right. A bajillion.
The plan works synergistically.
Just picking and choosing 1 or 2 of the 3 will not cut it!
So what are the mistakes?
The 3 Mistakes
1) Not performing progressive resistance training 2X’s per week minimum for 30 minutes
2) Doing cardio for over 15 minutes
3) Not asking these 5 important questions before each meal
