When I first started with Jeremiah I had back problems and realized strength training would be important to help with this.
When I talk to others about training I get mixed reactions like: isn’t that a lot of money? Why can’t you work out on your own? do you get results? and some trainers don’t know what they’re doing!
There are always other places to spend money but training motivates me to work out and I know that I would slowly stop going to the gym if I wasn’t in a program.
I feel like the benefits of training with Jeremiah are the continuity of the work outs, the motivation to keep coming in, the help in avoiding new injuries and aggravating old injuries, and the relief from having to develop and change my work out routine.
Since training with Jeremiah my core strength has improved and my back problems are greatly reduced; so yes I have gotten results!
