“The reservations I had when considering personal training were pretty obvious. I felt like a beginner before meeting Gabe and that I wouldn’t be up to par in performance. I felt really nervous and that Gabe would judge my every move, but in the end it was the opposite of all that.
Gabe helped me accomplish more than I believed I could do and gave me the boost of confidence because he felt I had a good foundation already to begin with. Gabe also helped me build muscle by lifting heavy, helped me w/ endurance by having me do HIITS (High Intensity Training) during our workouts and last but not least, dialed in my macros as far as eating to give me the nutrition I needed.
My biggest two goals were to lift heavy with good form and to build lean muscle while dropping my body fat.
While Training with Gabe I was able to:
*Build lean muscle
*Decreased bodyfat percentage
*Lift heavier
*Gain stamina and endurance
*Feel confident in the gym.
I just would like to say training w/ Gabe was an awesome experience; it really helped boost my confidence in and out of the gym. I was able to accomplish my short and long term goals in a timely manner. People now look up to me as the experienced role model in the fitness world when 1yr ago I was the one that did the same and still do to this day.
