Another day another client question.
“I don’t have time to meal prep”
At first I was going to be a little snarky and simply say “you MAKE time for things that are important to you; you don’t find it”.
However I realize that I could go a step further and deliver some “do this” type strategies.
So here it goes….
1) You HAVE to “bulk cook” if you are short on time. This means making multiple meals all at the same time instead of a different meal on each day.
It doesn’t matter what day of the week you do this; just schedule it out. To me it makes sense to have this be my day off ;/)
2) You want to prepare everything and then “deliver” it.
What this means is to chop up all the vegetables, season all the meat, get all the pans out up front.
Once everything is all set up you can simple start adding some and ACTUALLY cooking the food aka “delivering” it.
This is how it’s done at restaurants and how they are able to deliver a lot of different meals to a lot of people at the same time.
3) Do a quick search on pintrest for “5 minute recipes”.
Tons of 5 minute options out there…..
