“Nate is a past co worker, and good friend. He’s creative, fun, and most importantly always learning,
This is one of the things I admire about him the most as a trainer. He is dedicated to becoming a master in his craft which is a ongoing never ending process. It is all to common to see trainers get their one measly Basic certification then attempt to coast the through the rest of their career doing the bare minimum. They must have obtained the “mythical personal training end be all text book bearing infinite amounts of power and wisdom”. I think they sell it at HEB next to these pills that will let you eat whatever you want loose weight.
On a serious note I point this out because many people have been exposed to a newly flooded PT market composed of either, new, ignorant, or maybe just lazy trainers. Nate has more certs then I can count, and is probable working on another as we speak, or reading a book on some aspect are form of training. Knowledge is power, Nate knows this and it is why he has helped countless people achieve their goals.
I wouldn’t hesitate in referring anyone to Nate, since I am perusing a career in the fire service no longer training myself. I would encourage anyone to give Nate a call and find out what working with a trainer is really all about.
I feel confident in stating that most people will find a new found perspective on Nutrition, Training, Program Lay-Outs exact…”
