My top 2 goals were:
- Gain Lean Muscle Mass
- Make it to 190lbs eventually
Gabe put me on both a plan for diet and exercise that was outside anything I had previously tried. I liked the fact that Gabe started with a similar body type like mine, and that he was able to transform his body through proper diet and exercise. He checked in with my diet and went over what I should be working on when I had to train on my own.
While I was training with Gabe I was able to:
- Gain weight! 13lbs total while we trained together, I still had my abs
- Make a noticeable change to my body
- Become stronger and lift more than I ever have
- Increase endurance
- Gain greater confidence
